Job summary

KETTLER is hiring a Regional Operations Specialist - Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations across the DC Metro portfolio. This role requires local and multi-state travel, high customer service standards, and leadership of a multi-site maintenance team.

The position involves supervising preventive maintenance, capital improvements, and on-call support, with compensation of $33.65–$36.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining apartment/building systems across multiple sites.
• Proficient in HVAC, electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across multiple properties.
• Perform interior and exterior repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to resident service requests and emergencies as needed.
• Mentor team members and manage budgets with the Maintenance Manager.
• Ensure curb appeal and adherence to brand standards.
