KETTLER is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist - Lead Maintenance Technician for the DC Metro area. The role requires multi-site leadership, strong customer service, and hands-on maintenance across portfolio properties.

Travel regionally is required; the ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance, EPA/CFC certification, and proven HVAC/electrical/plumbing repair skills. Competitive benefits and a supportive, family-like culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
EPA/CFC Certification required.
Proficient in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repair.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willingness to travel regionally.
Able to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to maintain a professional image and high-performing, client-focused team.
Repair interior and exterior apartment/building areas.
Respond to resident service requests and troubleshoot issues.
Perform preventative maintenance to sustain peak efficiency.
Support budget management and vendor coordination as needed.
Participate in make-ready processes for new move-ins.
