Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Regional Maintenance Coordinator to join our Sandoval West team in El Paso, TX. You will oversee maintenance operations for the 224-unit affordable housing community, coordinating field staff and ensuring compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements.

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call shifts and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with property managers.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of financial and budget control.
• Experience with capital project management and enforcing safety regulations.
• Experience with REAC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational and recordkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations.
• Maintain curb appeal and building interior & exterior to Winn standards.
• Review building systems for proper operations.
• Ensure all site logs are kept and are correct.
• Ensure apartment upkeep & unit turnovers are completed to Winn standards.
• Review Open Position Report & Work with site manager to fill the positions quickly.
