Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Operations Director to lead regional maintenance across multiple properties, improving efficiency and service delivery.

You will develop planning processes, manage capital and interior renovation projects, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with Owners, Asset Management, Construction Services and Senior Leadership to drive operational excellence and uphold Greystar's values.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in property maintenance operations.
• Seven years in maintenance operations, capital projects, or renovations in multifamily assets.
• College degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety programs, OSHA, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional maintenance operations across multiple properties.
• Develop improved processes for planning service requests and renovations.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing; manage capital and interior projects.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor Regional Maintenance Managers and drive operational excellence.
