Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Regional Float Director of Maintenance to guide facility Maintenance Directors in safe, compliant operations across our Minnesota sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage inventories and budgets, and mentor engineers while ensuring Life Safety, infection control, and regulatory standards are met. Strong leadership and communication across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Boiler license required; MN Class C Engineer license preferred.
• 2+ years maintenance or power plant experience; healthcare/long-term care background desired.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, adaptability, and cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance Directors to ensure safe, efficient facilities operations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, budgeting, and inventory.
• Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring Maintenance Directors.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
