Job summary

myAgro is seeking a Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for our team in Thies, Senegal. You will lead M&E activities, design data collection tools, and manage field teams to deliver reliable data on farmer outcomes.

Fluency in French and English is required, and collaboration with multiple departments will be essential to support our growth and impact. You will design and implement M&E improvements, build real-time data systems, and communicate findings to leadership to inform program

Qualifications

• 5 years of M&E experience, preferably with scaling programs.
• Experience designing, developing, and/or implementing M&E programs in rural areas.
• Experience working across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and improve M&E activities.
• Run existing M&E operations with data on thousands of farmers.
• Recruit, train, mentor and manage field teams; develop training materials and plans.
• Create innovative M&E solutions to track program metrics (training effectiveness, impacts, client satisfaction, data quality).
• Set up real-time data management and KPI systems for rapid decision making.
• Summarize and visualize data using Microsoft and Google tools for leadership.
