Job summary

Jhpiego is seeking five Regional Program Officers to support ACHIEVE/MCGL initiatives across Dakar, Thiès, Kaolack, Fatick, and Kaffrine in Senegal. The role embeds locally to strengthen day-to-day engagement with regional and district health stakeholders and to facilitate smooth delivery of community health activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field.
• Four years of relevant community health/program implementation experience.
• Experience with health facilities and district teams.
• Familiarity with Senegal's health system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between ACHIEVE national and regional teams.
• Strengthen collaboration with regional medical offices and health facilities.
• Support implementation and oversight of community health interventions.
• Monitor progress and flag risks.
• Represent ACHIEVE in regional and district coordination meetings.
