Job summary

Moncler seeks a Regional Client Relations Manager based in Los Angeles to shape client experience across the region, translating CRM insights into high-touch engagement and loyalty initiatives. You will partner with store leadership to elevate clienteling capabilities, drive retention, and deliver consistent luxury service across stores in California and nearby regions.

The role combines strategic client development with hands-on field leadership, coaching teams in real time, and leveraging data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations, client development, or luxury retail management, with a proven track record of client retention and service excellence.
• Retail Leadership experience with ownership of client KPIs, team development, and elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client growth strategy focusing on retention, upgrades, reactivation, and acquisition.
• Analyze CRM reports to identify high-potential clients and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to design targeted outreach and follow-up strategies based on client enrichment.
• Establish and monitor weekly and monthly client goals for associates with emphasis on conversion and retention.
• Develop and execute regional strategies to elevate the client experience and ensure brand standards.
