Avant Supported Living is seeking a Regional LPN & QE Architect to lead nursing oversight, safety protocols, and quality enhancement across regional sites. You will train staff, design compliant programs, and drive clinical excellence in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

The role combines hands-on nursing with systems design, requiring a strong Behavioral Health background and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
• ADN required.
• 3+ years nursing experience, preferably in I/DD or community health.
• Background in Behavioral Health/Psychiatric care preferred.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Trainer status for CPR, First Aid, and Med-Aide programs.

Responsibilities

• Clinical oversight: design and oversee regional nursing programs and safety protocols.
• Train non-licensed staff in clinical procedures per state regulations.
• Lead QE protocols and site field audits to improve health outcomes and safety.
• Bridge behavioral health and physical health by integrating care plans.
• Coordinate acute care and develop person-centered Nursing Care and Risk Plans.
