Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the RCN to oversee clinical performance, workflow efficiency, and compliance within assigned centers.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff and Lead CCAs.
• Assist in conducting clinical audits, chart reviews, and safety walkthroughs.
• Ensure all OSHA, infection control, HIPAA compliance and reporting requirements are met.
