Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop regional loss prevention strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify loss, theft, fraud, or inefficiencies.
• Analyze shrinkage data to identify risks and provide actionable insights.
• Train store management and staff on loss prevention techniques and security protocols.
• Lead investigations related to theft and fraud; collaborate with law enforcement as needed.
• Respond to emergencies such as theft or security threats with rapid resolution.
• Work with leadership to assess and mitigate safety and asset-protection risks.
• Prepare reports on shrinkage, risk assessments, investigations, and corrective actions.
