Job summary

Maersk in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Regional Solution Design Engineer to craft cost-effective Lead Logistics solutions for complex customer needs. You will work with Growth, Sales, Product, and Technology teams across the sales cycle to translate challenges into scalable designs and formal Solution Design Documents.

The role requires deep supply chain expertise, ERP familiarity, and strong collaboration across an international matrix of stakeholders to deliver high-quality, implementable

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics with enterprise solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related field.
Experience with Procure-to-Pay, vendor-managed inventory, transportation or related solutions.
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

Develop solution designs aligned with Lead Logistics strategy and customer needs.
Create and maintain solution designs and documents through the sales cycle.
Translate requirements into clear proposals and deliverables.
Coordinate with Maersk product teams to address end-to-end requirements.
Project manage the solution design process to support on-time delivery.
