WOW Logistics is hiring a Regional Sales Representative II in Neenah, WI. You will drive revenue by selling warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions across the Northwest US region. The role requires outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and close collaboration with Operations and Marketing.

Travel up to 30% is expected, with about 70% time in office or remote. A degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred, and Salesforce experience is highly valued for

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of regional sales or business development experience.
• Experience generating leads and managing a sales pipeline.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily for client visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Generate new revenue by selling warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
• Identify, target, and pursue prospective customers via outbound strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline to meet annual targets.
• Conduct discovery to understand business needs and timing.
• Develop tailored logistics solutions and move opportunities through the cycle.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to align capacity with needs.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and provide regular forecasts.
