Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in Neenah, WI to manage customer accounts and build lasting relationships with carriers. You will enter load information, support sales in new opportunities, and help with SOPs, contracts, and projects as needed.

You will collaborate with the Transportation Management team, stay informed on market trends, and participate in RFPs and revenue initiatives to optimize costs and service levels.

Qualifications

• Two years of transportation experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated customer account base and build relationships.
• Enter shipment data into transportation management software for tracking and invoicing.
• Collaborate with sales on new opportunities and carrier capacity.
• Assist the Transportation Management team with SOPs, contracts, and projects.
• Participate in customer visits and RFPs.
• Research and negotiate freight costs to optimize savings.
