Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Regional Logistics Operations Specialist to support site services and technical logistics across data center and infrastructure sites. You will oversee third-party providers, standardize processes, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive compliance with Meta's data center standards.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics workflows, support SOX compliance, and deliver scalable operations with a global impact. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience with project management: prioritization, planning, scheduling, status reporting.
• Experience with Oracle/ERP systems, MS Office, WMS, TMS and supply chain tools.
• 10+ years in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in SOX compliance.
• Experience identifying process gaps and engineering scalable distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Possess technical and operational logistics knowledge of data center logistics and execution.
• Assess internal IBOS systems and tools holistically.
• Utilize data analytics to drive improvements and monitor regional performance.
• Lead technical discussions across the region with strategic influence.
• Develop aggressive roadmaps with partner teams to meet needs.
• Operate in evolving environments and re-prioritize as needed.
• Guide regional logistics networks with a global impact mindset.
• Collaborate with upstream teams on compliance, regulatory, and policy requirements.
• Track trends and implications for scalable operations.
