Job summary

Meta is seeking a Site Logistics Operations Specialist to oversee data center logistics operations, ensure compliance with 4S standards, and coordinate with third‑party providers. You will monitor performance metrics, drive process improvements, and develop documentation for efficient, safe logistics operations across Meta data centers.

The role requires 5+ years of logistics experience, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain, operations management, or related field.
• 5+ years logistics experience overseeing operations, team performance, and SLA adherence.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, CMS, WMS systems such as Oracle; proficient in Excel or analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations at assigned data center to ensure 4S standards (Safety, Security, SOX compliance, Stakeholders).
• Proactively monitor site logistics operations and create remediation plans as needed.
• Plan and coordinate with third‑party logistics provider lead to meet site logistics requirements, including inventory accuracy and movement, server rack movements, shipping and receiving.
• Identify gaps and present solutions to standardize operations across Meta data center sites.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and policies in Meta data centers.
• Build cross‑functional relationships to support operations management and communication.
• Help produce monthly audits of compliance and ensure inventory controls.
• Support quarter/year end requirements for financial reporting.
