Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Regional Logistics Operations Specialist to support site services and technical logistics across data center and infrastructure sites in the United States. This role oversees third-party providers, drives standardization, and ensures inventory accuracy and compliance with Meta's data center supply chain standards.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, support SOX compliance, and influence regional networks with a global perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, business management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with Oracle/ERP, MS Office, WMS, TMS, and supply chain tools.
• Experience in SOX compliance.
• Experience handling project management responsibilities (prioritization, planning, scheduling, status reporting).
• Experience communicating project status and risks to cross-functional stakeholders in writing and in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party logistics providers and ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Drive process standardization across regional locations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics workflows.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements.
• Lead regional logistics networks with global impact.
• Travel up to 30%.
