Professional Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager for the Gillette area. You will lead dispatch and coordination of crew transportation for railroad customers from a central hub, ensuring on-time, safe, and efficient service. You will manage real-time transport movements, balance priorities, and maintain data records to support safety and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch operations, or related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze and coordinate complex transportation movements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate safe, efficient movement of crew transportation within territory to support schedules.
• Monitor vehicle locations and trip status using GPS and TMS; adjust trips to prevent delays.
• Issue clear instructions via phone and electronic channels to all parties with timely information.
• Make rapid, calculated decisions on trip assignments and resource deployment to maintain service quality.
• Coordinate services according to operating plans and railroad schedules with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and performance metrics for accountability.
