• Lead multiple operations while delivering safety, operational and financial performance.
• Manage budgets and analyze performance metrics to drive profitability.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, aggregates, construction materials, mining, or heavy industrial operations with continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead area operations to achieve safety, production, quality, environmental, financial, and customer service objectives across multiple locations.
• Develop annual operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and maintain accountability for area P&L results while identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, reliability, and cost management.
• Coach, develop, and support site leadership teams to build a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and high performance.
