RK Logistics Group seeks a Lead I to oversee a shift, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality across operations. You will drive strategic planning, project management, and process improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires mentoring peers, managing daily performance, and reporting metrics to leadership. A hands-on leader with Lean/5S familiarity will excel in maintaining safety and efficiency in our warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or related field preferred.
• Strong math, writing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and RF equipment.

Responsabilités

• Mentor team members and provide advanced training to ensure role clarity and departmental alignment.
• Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Foster a positive team attitude to maintain high morale and productivity.
• Support onboarding and continuous training efforts.
• Delegate tasks and monitor team performance to meet daily quotas.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and productivity goals.
• Assist in scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow.
