BioLegend, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Hopkinton, MA to develop logistics strategies and optimize product delivery. The role involves coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring timely order fulfillment across domestic and international networks.

The position requires a strong background in distribution, SAP, and Excel, with a focus on cost reduction, accuracy, and customer satisfaction within a global framework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years in order/import/export/distribution processes and policies.
• Associate degree with 4+ years in order/import/export/distribution processes and policies.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in order/import/export/distribution processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and act as SME for selected Regional Logistics responsibilities with minimal management support.
• Manage daily Small Package shipments from the Regional STDC, coordinating consolidated shipments and booking freight.
• Manage daily Large Pack shipments from origin plants to Regional Merge-in-Transit facility for customers.
• Interface with internal and external partners to process shipments and coordinate documentation.
• Prepare export licenses, Letters of Credit, Insurance Certifications and related applications as required.
• Monitor and resolve shipment issues, track performance, and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Create/update Logistics SOPs to meet ISO standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage FSL stocking levels and monitor daily orders and deliveries.
