Job summary

Revvity, Hopkinton, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to develop and optimize物流 strategies, improve product delivery, and manage distribution and inventory across multiple interfaces. The role requires extensive experience in order/import/export processes, and the candidate will drive cost-reduction while improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years in order/import/export/distribution processes and policies.
• Associate degree with 4+ years in order/import/export/distribution processes and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in order/import/export/distribution processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and act as SME for regional logistics with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate daily Small Package shipments from the Regional STDC and arrange freight with carriers.
• Manage large pack shipments from origin plants to Regional Merge-in-Transit facility and arrange freight with carriers.
• Manage Instrument and consumable returns to the STDC.
• Facilitate timely delivery of orders via track, trace, and issue resolution; obtain Carrier Proof of Delivery as needed.
• Interface with internal/external partners to process shipments (STDCs, sites, freight forwarders, etc.).
• Prepare export licenses, Letters of Credit, Insurance Certifications, and Cash Against Document applications for export shipments.
• Research and resolve basic logistics challenges; monitor and reconcile KPIs and performance reports.
• Create/update Logistics SOPs to meet ISO standards; resolve Damage/Loss Claims as needed.
• Train internal teams on Logistics processes; support continuous improvement projects.
