Responsibilities

• Manage routing for 18–22 truck/driver combinations, adjusting plans daily based on demand.
• Use routing software, GPS data, and analytics tools to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze metrics like gallons per stop, route completion rates, and driver productivity to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with operations, IT, and service center teams to improve system usage and logistics workflows.
• Conduct route audits and implement changes that improve service consistency and reduce overtime.
• Support driver performance by identifying trends and working with field leadership on improvements.
• Help plan for peak demand periods and operational disruptions.
