Job summary
EDPO Brand is seeking a routing and logistics professional to lead regional routing initiatives and drive data-informed improvements across service centers. You will use routing software, ERP systems, and GPS analytics to optimize deliveries, reduce costs, and enhance driver productivity.
You will regularly travel to service centers, collaborate with General Managers, and develop dashboards to monitor KPI progress and operational impact.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, routing, transportation planning, or supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience using routing software, ERP systems, or similar logistics tools.
- Strong ability to analyze data and turn insights into operational changes.
- Experience managing or supporting high-volume delivery or fleet operations.
- Ability to travel regularly to service centers within the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage routing for 18-22 truck/driver combinations, adjusting plans daily based on demand, weather, and constraints.
- Use routing software, GPS data, and analytics to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze metrics like route completion and driver productivity to identify improvements.
- Partner with operations, IT, and service center teams to improve system usage and logistics workflows.
- Conduct route audits and implement changes to improve service consistency and reduce overtime.
