Job summary

Liberty Propane is seeking a routing and logistics professional to own regional delivery routing, build KPI dashboards, and drive data-driven improvements. You’ll coordinate with service centers, analyze performance, and implement efficiency initiatives to reduce miles and improve driver productivity.

Responsibilities include daily routing optimization for multiple truck/driver combinations, using routing software and ERP data, and collaborating with General Managers to align on priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, routing, transportation planning, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience using routing software, ERP systems, or similar logistics tools.
• Strong ability to analyze data and turn insights into operational changes.
• Experience managing or supporting high-volume delivery or fleet operations.
• Ability to travel regularly to service centers within the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage routing for 18–22 truck/driver combinations, adjusting plans daily based on demand and constraints.
• Use routing software, GPS data, and analytics tools to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze metrics like gallons per stop and route completion to identify improvements.
• Partner with operations and field leadership to improve workflows and system usage.
• Conduct route audits and implement changes to improve service consistency and reduce overtime.
