Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years’ related work experience in an electrical field.
Advanced knowledge of operations, repair, and construction of Transmission/Distribution systems.
Supervisory experience preferred and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Ability to read, alter, and communicate complex prints and specifications to personnel.
Proficient with CREWS, SAP, GIS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Demonstrating and directing a solid commitment to safety in all work.
Directing employees in electric transmission and distribution line work.
Overseeing line installations, transfers, cutovers, fault finding, and repairs.
Coordinating resources and equipment for construction, maintenance, or testing tasks.
Monitoring work practices and enforcing established standards.
