Job summary

Arnold Grounds Property Management is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable multifamily communities in the Oklahoma City area. This leadership role reports to the CEO and drives operational performance, regulatory compliance, budgeting, resident relations, and staff development.

The ideal candidate will have extensive LIHTC experience, knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing, and strong site leadership skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
Extensive affordable housing and LIHTC experience required.
Strong LIHTC compliance, income qualification, and annual recertifications knowledge.
Experience overseeing multiple properties, Community Managers, and site teams.
Budgeting, financial statements, variance reporting, occupancy and expenses.
Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

Provide direct leadership for an assigned portfolio of affordable multifamily communities.
Coach Community Managers and site teams on operations, financials, and compliance.
Partner with the CEO to set portfolio priorities and resolve operational concerns.
Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing, and related requirements.
Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, collections, delinquency, and budgets.
Oversee budgets, payroll, operating expenses, and vendor performance.
Prepare for regulatory and physical inspections including NSPIRE.
Travel regularly across properties and manage staffing needs.
