Job summary

Arnold Grounds Property Management is seeking an Affordable Community Manager to oversee LIHTC and project-based Section 8 properties, manage leasing and waitlists, and supervise the maintenance and leasing staff. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience with project-based Section 8 housing.
• Strong knowledge of HUD rules and affordable housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and documenting maintenance requests.
• Maintain positive tenant relations and explain rights and responsibilities to residents.
• Process move-ins/out, certifications, recertifications per federal/state/local requirements.
• Maintain waitlists in compliance with HUD rules and guidelines.
• Receive and post rent payments, update resident accounts and receipts.
• Comply with company policies and Fair Housing laws.
• Adhere to safety policies and site procedures.
• Assist in maintaining community appearance and perform light cleaning as needed.
• Participate in mandatory training programs.
