Job summary

Cove Communities is seeking a Regional Lifestyle Manager to lead lifestyle programming across multiple community properties. You will partner with on-site managers and corporate teams to elevate resident experiences, standardize playbooks, and drive Cove Score improvements through thoughtful events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in event planning or recreation management.
• Experience in RV resort, campground, or manufactured housing industry preferred.
• Strong guest-facing leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent logistics and multitasking across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe; familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
• Experience with social media content creation (Meta Business Suite).
• Willingness to travel 60–75% and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality, consistency and delivery of lifestyle programming within the assigned region.
• Lead and execute 2–3 signature events per property per year.
• Develop and maintain an annual lifestyle calendar across all properties.
• Travel throughout the region to support on-site event setup, execution and breakdown.
• Train and mentor on-site teams to uphold Cove standards and brand.
• Share best practices and playbooks across communities to improve consistency.
• Coordinate with marketing for newsletters and event promotion across channels.
• Source, negotiate and manage regional contracts with vendors and entertainers.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses for lifestyle events.
• Ensure events comply with health, safety, and permitting regulations.
