Cove Communities seeks a Regional Lifestyle Manager to bring our mission to life by delivering engaging lifestyle experiences across our manufactured home communities and RV resorts. You will collaborate with on-site teams, corporate marketing, and the Resident Excellence Manager to standardize programming and elevate guest satisfaction while traveling 50–60% across the South region.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in event planning, recreation management, cruise line entertainment, or multi-site resident/property activities.
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Direct experience in the RV resort, campground, or manufactured housing industry.
• Community-Centric Mindset: A passionate, guest-facing leader who thrives on building relationships with diverse resident demographics.
• Logistics & Organization: Elite multitasking skills with a proven track record of managing many moving parts across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality, consistency, and delivery of lifestyle programming within the assigned region, ensuring properties reflect Cove’s standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead on-site execution of two to three major signature events per property per year.
• Develop, implement, and standardize a dynamic annual calendar of events across all properties.
• Travel regionally to support setup, execution, and breakdown of major events while maintaining brand standards.
• Train, mentor, and support on-site Community Managers and Lifestyle Coordinators.
