Mesa Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to nurture strategic life sciences accounts, grow revenue, and ensure regulatory compliance. This remote role prioritizes East Coast locations while serving clients across the United States.

You will manage a portfolio of pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients, delivering tailored solutions and building trusted partnerships to sustain long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field; 5+ years field sales in life sciences or regulated markets.
• Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and grow revenue.
• Strong consultative selling, strategic thinking, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts in life sciences (pharma, biotech, healthcare).
• Lead negotiations for long-term contracts and pricing with strategic clients.
• Forecast sales, report on account health, and drive cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with product, regulatory, marketing, and customer success teams to meet client needs.
