Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years).
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership and people development abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and root-cause analysis experience.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Travel region ~50% and maintain active contractor licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics on facilities performance.
• Keep licenses current and schedule inspections as required.
• Participate in regulatory training and site inspections.
