Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory, OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory of licensed Bankers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program Management - facilitates the success of the Bank's licensed associate programs and ensures coverage.
• Sales Coaching - provides training and development to increase profitability and production.
• Relationship Development - builds partnerships across retail, business banking, and corporate partners.
• Reporting - provides clear communication on program results and metrics.
