Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years in Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years in Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory of licensed Bankers.
• Valid Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, 24 or 9/10 and state life/health licenses required or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Travel up to 60% of the time (in personal mode) within the supported area.

Responsibilities

• Program Management - Manages Associate programs, coverage, and tracking performance trends to meet regional sales objectives and policy standards.
• Sales Coaching - Provides training and mentorship to licensed associates to grow profitability and production.
• Relationship Development - Cultivates partnerships with retail, business banking, and corporate teams to drive performance.
• Reporting - Delivers clear updates on results, trends, and metrics to inform business strategies.
