First Citizens Bank seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive the Licensed Platform Sales Program in the Raleigh area. You will partner with regional executives to optimize branch coverage, grow revenue, and deepen client relationships through holistic discovery and tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities include program management of licensed associate programs, sales coaching, and cross‑bank relationship development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years in Securities Sales or Sales coaching incl. supervisory role preferred.
• Licensed platforms require Series 7/63/65/66, 24 or 9/10 and state life/health insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: drives the licensed associate program, coverage, and performance tracking while ensuring compliance.
• Sales Coaching: trains associates on holistic discovery, client needs, and cross-sell opportunities to increase profitability.
• Relationship Development: builds and maintains partnerships across retail, business banking, and corporate teams to boost collaboration and revenue.
• Reporting: provides clear, actionable performance metrics to leadership.
