Job summary

First Citizens Bank's Wealth team seeks a leader to drive the Licensed Platform Sales Program regionally, integrating platform associates and ensuring proper branch coverage. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED plus 10 years of Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the success of the Bank's licensed associate programs and ensures appropriate coverage.
• Coaches licensed associates and teams to increase profitability and production.
• Builds relationships with leaders, associates, and lines of business to drive performance.
• Reports on sales performance, trends, and metrics to guide business strategies.
