Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a leader to drive the Licensed Platform Sales Program across the regional area. You will integrate licensed bankers, align with sales executives on growth strategies, and coach associates to deepen client relationships and referrals.

Responsibilities include program management, sales coaching, and reporting of performance trends. Travel up to 60% is required; a Series 7/63/65 (or 66/24 or 9/10) and state licenses are required, with strong knowledge of securities

Qualifications

• Knowledge of securities and insurance products and sales.
• Licensing requirements: Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, 24 or 9/10 and state life/health licenses.
• Ability to travel within the supported area up to 60% in personal mode.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the success of the Bank’s licensed associate programs and provides coverage guidance.
• Coaches licensed associates and teams to increase profitability and production.
• Builds relationships with leaders, associates, and lines of business to improve performance.
• Delivers clear reporting on sales performance, trends, and metrics.
