Job summary

Walmart is seeking a licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead technicians, ensure safe, efficient operations, and collaborate with store managers and vendors.

The role requires 3-5 years in general facilities services, electrical/plumbing/mechanical expertise, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general facilities maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and root-cause analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% or more within the region for facility needs.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics on facilities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits.
