Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3 years' experience in facilities/management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, or related area, or 5 years' experience.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with vendors/contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facilities Leadership on needs.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and compliance.
• Prepare reporting and analytics on facility performance.
