Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 3 years' experience in facilities/Construction management or 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities in a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date contractor licenses.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage reporting/analytics.
