Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance across regional stores. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently while collaborating with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.

This role requires travel of about 50% within the region, strong electrical/plumbing/mechanical knowledge, and a bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in facilities or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Or 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Travel ~50% within the region and work with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Provide reporting and analytics on facility operations
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and registrations
• Participate in training to meet regulatory requirements and conduct site inspections
• Obtain and schedule inspections and permits per mechanical/building codes when applicable
