• Serve as a key liaison to library administration, providing feedback to assist in decision-making, ensuring staff are aware of and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Engage with a team of peer regional managers to effect change under the supervision of the Division Director of Branch Services.
• Based at West Cobb Regional Library in Kennesaw, frequenting other branches in the region to accomplish system and regional goals.
• Supervise four full-time branch managers and five part-time staff who can be assigned to work any location to fill staffing needs.

This position is based in the West Cobb Regional Library in Kennesaw, but the successful candidate is expected to frequent other branches in the region in order to accomplish system and regional goals.
