Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Regional Leasing Consultant to blend customer service, sales, and marketing to lease apartment homes across assigned properties. You will greet, tour, qualify, and close prospective residents, record activity, and manage move-ins with accuracy while maintaining the property to CWS standards.

In this role you will travel within the major metro area up to 75% and report to a Community Director.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations or customer service and Yardi software experience preferred.
• One year of apartment leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• General knowledge of Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, tour and close prospective residents.
• Record traffic and leasing activity.
• Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Maintain lease expiration programs and promote other income items.
• Ensure curb appeal and assist with outreach programs.
