CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to blend customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease our apartment homes to interested customers and build rapport with prospective residents. You will manage leasing goals, travel to communities as needed, and work with residents, vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

A high school diploma or GED, on-site management knowledge, Yardi experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• Must have strong customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations preferred.
• Yardi software experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lease the community and achieve leasing goals.
• Market the community to prospective residents.
• Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain general office organization and processes.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in Risk Management and Safety Programs.
