Job summary

Rotork is seeking an experienced Regional Continuous Improvement Manager, U.S. Operations, to enable Lean and Continuous Improvement across our U.S.

locations, partnering with leaders to identify opportunities, remove waste, and deliver measurable performance gains. You will own strategic improvement projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and build Lean capability while coordinating multi-site standardization and implementing sustainable processes across our manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Continuous Improvement or Lean in manufacturing.
• Experience developing/enabling Lean frameworks across multiple sites.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Power BI or data analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enable Lean and Continuous Improvement across U.S. locations, identifying opportunities and eliminating waste.
• Develop, enable, and strengthen a consistent Lean/CI framework across the U.S. organization.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement initiatives to optimize end-to-end processes.
• Drive multi-site alignment and standardization, sharing best practices across locations.
• Take ownership of strategic CI projects with objectives, milestones, and metrics.
• Support operating model changes and design improved processes where needed.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and Lean activities to translate ideas into action.
• Build Lean capability across leadership and shop floor through hands-on guidance.
• Measure impact using operational and financial data to sustain benefits.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and HR to enable broader initiatives.
