Risus Talent Partners is partnering with a multi-site manufacturing and distribution organization to hire a Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement in the North East. This hands-on role will lead lean transformation across several plants, traveling approximately 75% to drive, implement, and sustain continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Must have proven track record leading lean programs.
Experience driving measurable improvements in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
Strong knowledge of lean methodologies and change leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead lean transformation across multiple facilities in the North East.
Coach and mentor operations teams on lean tools and best practices.
Analyze KPIs and drive reductions in waste and cycle times.
Build buy-in with plant leadership and front-line teams.
