Job summary

A leading global logistics company is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to enhance operational excellence at their Jamaica, NY facility. The role involves working with the CI Director and teams to implement Lean tools and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilitating CI and transforming cultures. Benefits include medical insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience facilitating continuous improvement and driving cultural transformations.
• Ability to interact and coach individuals with tact and integrity.
• Experience with multiple facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a liaison to the CI Director for the station.
• Train and coach on Lean/Continuous Improvement concepts.
• Provide expertise to develop department transformation plans.
• Participate actively in CI meetings at appropriate levels.
