Job summary

A growing manufacturing client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence in Northern, NJ. You will be responsible for leading Lean initiatives, collaborating with teams, and performing evaluations to enhance efficiency and quality. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Lean manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This position offers extensive benefits and aims to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean tools and structured improvement methodologies.
  • Proven hands-on approach to drive change in a production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Champion and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Kaizen.
  • Collaborate on process enhancements to improve throughput and quality.
  • Perform on-floor evaluations to identify constraints and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and facilitate training on Lean tools.
  • Measure and communicate progress against key performance indicators.
  • Foster a culture of improvement and teamwork.
  • Assist with new equipment and technology introduction.
