Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) seeks a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager for the Miami area. The role leads Lean/CI initiatives across the station, coaching operations teams, and driving process improvements to enhance performance and financial results.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Lean/CI experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple facilities within a regional scope. Travel (<10%) may be required; a Green Belt is preferred with a path to certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Ability to coach across levels with tact and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and integrity are essential.
• Approx. <10% travel may be required for regional duties.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred; certification within 90 days is welcome.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with the CI Director for station performance and reporting.
• Train and coach Lean/CI concepts across the site.
• Develop transformation plans based on value-stream thinking.
• Drive CI projects to meet strategic goals.
• Lead CI meetings and mentor teams.
• Support safety through CI thinking and practices.
• Deliver Lean tool training to salaried and hourly employees.
• Document impact of improvements with metrics and dashboards.
• Support CI deployment in acquired companies.
