Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Regional Leadless Specialist for the Austin, TX area. This field-based role provides technical, clinical, educational and sales support to drive adoption and clinical success of leadless CRM devices.

You will educate healthcare providers, assist in training Abbott personnel, and stay current with clinical data while collaborating with marketing for product feedback and improvements. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years clinical medical device experience or equivalent in CRM products.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical ability for complex devices and environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Educates physicians, nurses, and health care providers on indications for leadless pacing.
• Provide procedural support and ensure best-practices for outcomes.
• Assist in education and training activities for Abbott personnel.
• Stay updated on clinical data for leadless CRM products.
• Coordinate programs to expand market access and therapy adoption.
• Deliver market intelligence to refine training and expansion plans.
• Liaise with marketing for product feedback and improvements.
• Complete administrative reporting as assigned.
• Plan and organize work to monitor performance and status.
